Welcome to the 2024-25 school year! If you're new to the school, welcome to the Bell community. If you are a returning family, welcome back. We are excited to connect with all of you.

Helpful Back to School Information:

• School Start & End Times 2024-25 
  
  Bell is now an early start school. In the fall of 2023 we transitioned our day by 40 minutes. This means school will start at 8:40 and end at 3:10 daily, with early release at 1:40 on Wednesdays. Bell's office will be open from 7:45 until 3:45 daily.
  
  

• Important Dates: 
  • Teacher Assignments: classroom placement/ teacher announcements will be sent out via Parent Square by August 28.
    
    
  • Meet & Greet: Thursday, August 29 from 2:30-3:30pm. Meet & Greet is an opportunity for students and families to walk the hall of Bell, find their new classrooms, and meet their teachers. There is no formal program. Rather, this is an open house.  
    
    
  • First day of school for grades 1 - 5: September 3. September 3rd - 5th are half days (school is out at 11:40am)
    
    
  • First day of school for kindergarten: Friday, September 6th or Monday, September 9th
    
    Kindergarteners will have a staggered start. This means your Kindergarten student will start school on either Friday, September 6th or Monday, September 9th. Half of our Kindergarten students will attend on each of these days. An email from your child’s new teacher will indicate which day you have been assigned. 
    
    
    • Group A: Friday, September 6, 2024 and not on Monday, September 9  
      
    • Group B: Monday, September 9, 2024 and not on Friday, September 6
